The maximum expression of our artisan master: exclusive preparations with a high gastronomic value, for the most refined palates. Our production allows us to prepare small volumes of Fresh Milk, in glass bottled; also available without homogenizing, to order. We also prepare an exquisite Artisan Ecological Butter, based on raw milk, hand kneaded and without additives, of a silky texture and a mild Mediterranean flavor, produced in limited volumes.

Our most complex variety, the work of our master affineur; cheeses matured on spruce wood from the Jura in a natural brick cave that permits the maximum expression of aromas, flavors and textures, facilitating the flora of micro-organisms: lactic bacteria, moulds and yeasts whose growth we closely nurture: the necessary time, the suitable light, humidity, renewal of air and temperature.
